I set this velscope up and let it charge for about an hour and a half. I took this item off the charger and tried to use it but it didnt work. After that I plugged the power cord directly into the velscope. I tried it and it worked. This velscope is gonna be used as is because the battery is toast and this item needs to be plugged in directly to be used. Good condition. -
