Q: Does this item include all accessories and cords?
A: If it's not pictured in the listing or explicitly stated otherwise, chances are we don't have the accessory or cord to include.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: We do combine shipping for buyers that purchase multiple items from us. Just let us know when you're done shopping and we will send a combined invoice.
Q: Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?
A: Unless otherwise stated, we do not offer a warranty. We do have a standard 30 day return window if the item is not to your liking.
Q: I need a freight quote
A: Please send an e-mail to shipping@atlasresell.com with the following info: Item Title/number, your postal code, if you have a forklift or loading dock, residential delivery, business delivery or pick up from terminal.
Q: My tracking number is invalid
A: We ship mostly through FedEx so if you are trying to track through UPS or another carrier the number will not work. Feel free to contact our shipping department to sort out other tracking issues: shipping@atlasresell.com
Q: Do you have a certain item?
A: If you are looking for a specific item please contact us at service@atlasresell.com
Q: I want to make an offer.
A: Unless the item is listed with a best offer, the currently listed price is the best price.
Q: Would you be willing to lower your price?
A: Since we sell on consignment, we are obliged to sell items for the currently listed price. We can only lower the price on items listed with an OBO or if it states in the listing that we are accepting offers.
Q: Where do you get your dental equipment?
