Visually inspected the unit for any damaged or missing parts and accessories. The unit did not come with a fiber trunk, 120v Power Cable, Air Line, tips, Handpiece. Function tested the unit using inhouse parts. The unit is non-functional. The unit does not post when its powered on and the screen only turns white. Opened the unit and checked all connections to the logic board. Reseated the ram. The unit still does not past post.
