Chair 1: sn: 3802 Anti crush cover missing, but anti crush functionality does work. back chair controls work, but don't line up with the plastic logos. Hand piece unit controller paint chipping. Small crack in the handpiece controller swing arm joint. Various marks and scratches. Chair 2: sn: 6710 Anti crush works, back chair controls work. Handpiece unit controller paint gone, crack in handpiece unit. Small tear in seat cushion. Has option for scaling unit. Three 5 hole doctor delivery. Air water regulator included but not installed. Chair 3: sn: 2674 Back crush panel missing. Two seat screws don't fit the rivet pattern, they are in the red bag. Head rest slightly crooked. Tear in right arm upholstery. Break in the left side of the bottom of seat plastic. Ribbon cables disconnected, functionality of back of seat controls unknown. Foot pedal controls work. No bottle.
