This chaise fully raises, and reclines, and returns backs into position with no issues. This chair has 2 small issues that are purely cosmetic. The right arm rest is falling off and the brackets are missing to reattach it. The armrest upholstery is in pretty good shape overall it just doesn't stay on the chair. The last one being the anti-crush plate is missing. I tested the switches and they work but that plate is gone. Other than the 2 issues listed this chair in in good shape overall.
