Calibration was successful, then proceeded to run test cycles on the sterilizer. Ran the autoclave through all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles several times. To verify that this sterilizer is achieving it's required maximum sterilizing temperature, it was tested using a Max Register Thermometer, and found to exceed the required 270 F during a sterilization cycle. Prior to testing, this autoclave had it's Reservoir Tank cleaned and flushed, and a new Reservoir Cap, Safety Valve and Air Jet Valve were installed. Installed new Fill, Air, Exhaust and Dump Valve Coil Pack and Dump Valve Solenoids. Installed a new AJUNC-3 Analog Control board and Pressure Transducer. Cleaned the sterilizing chamber and installed a new Door Gasket, Door Bellows Assembly and Filter Screen. Installed a new HEPA Air Drying Filter and Cap. Cleaned the sterilizing trays and rack. Autoclave is fully functioning and in good condition.
