AirStar 50 air compressor

I have a used AirStar 50 dental air compressor that is complete. It is wired for 220v and has 2 heads/motors that both are making loud, chattering noises. It this repairable? What might be the problem? Or is it better to just sell it?

Hello, It sounds like the issue could be some faulty gaskets or o-rings, the piston heads themselves are banging around, or the bearings have gone bad. The gaskets/o-rings are easy to replace but the other two issues are a lot more in depth.
