Atlas Resell Management’s Sales Assistant Position is for you! 

Job Summary

The Atlas Resell Management Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting our sales department by providing administrative support.  You will interact with the prospective buyers through phone calls and via email.  Plus you will do everything from obtaining shipping quotes to ensuring receipt of payment.

We are looking for someone who has a high school diploma or something similar (a college degree is preferred) and is quick and proficient on a computer.  The perfect person will possess strong organizational skills and be comfortable in a flexible work environment where the work load changes daily. 

Starting Pay is $13.00 per hour plus bonuses. Atlas offers 2 weeks of vacation and health benefits after 90 days.

Atlas Resell Management is located in Boise, Idaho and sells, refurbishes, and consigns dental equipment. We sell anything from panoramic x-rays to dental hand pieces.

Specifics of the position are:


Duties and Responsibilities

Provides support to ensure sales representatives are successful.
Answers and qualifies inbound sales calls.
Processes payments and check for fraud.
Sorts and distributes electronic inquiries.
Manages chat inquiries.
Processes Website orders.
Modifies e-commerce listings and orders.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent, a college degree preferred.
Ability to manage a flexible work load.
Ability to manage competing demands.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong telephone and customer service skills.
Intermediate computer skills.
Competitive spirit in addition to being comfortable with setting and achieving challenging goals.
