• 11/30/2020 Plugged into 120v outlet turned on unit. LEDS on front of control panels turned on was able to use the buttons on the front of the unit to control some of the unit. Used foot pedal and lead to test. When touching lead against metal and pressing foot pedal. Lead would arch on metal. Tested surg-e-VAC -GA
